Mangaluru: On March 25th, an unfortunate incident occurred in the Gandhinagar area of Mangaluru, Dakshin Kannada district, where three laborers lost their lives. The workers were working on the centring of a barrier wall when they became trapped under the weight of the collapsed hill above them. The deceased workers, who are currently being identified as belonging to Mundaragi in Gadag district, were recovered with the assistance of fire brigade personnel and locals. Unfortunately, no information is available at this time about Somasekhara Reddy (45), his wife Shantha (40), and the other deceased worker.
